Some good horror movies please

I watched recently the 'Lights out' 'The Shining' 'Suspiria' and lot more. Can I have suggestions please? I will take the movies from 1980 era. Thank you.

I can tell you one that is awesome. The movie called 1408. Based on a Stephen King novel. Awesome horror movie. Then there are the good old standby's. Like Halloween and Nightmare on Elm street. Also Scream movies are good. And one low budget one that I found great called Phantasm. I hope this will help you on your search for good horror movies. Oh, one more I loved called Bababook. It is an Australian horror movie but done real well, and don't forget The Blair Witch project.

@Nowrin Absolutely, I love that movie. We would get along famously because of horror movies. I always look for good ones.

'Salem's Lot, based on the Steven King book, scared the daylights out of me when it first came out. Another was An American Werewolf in London.

i am not a great fan of horror movies. they are usually low rated movies and are usually disappointing at the end, but i like "Ouija " and "SAW series" are among my favourites
