One hour for a walk.

Today, I started one of my purpose for this year 2017. I went for a walk during one hour, up and down the hill. But, it's a daily exercise to combat sedentarism lifestyle. Nowadays, many people spend many hours in front of a computer, television or just at the desk in an office. The stress between work and family keeps us of any kind of exercises and diseases like high cholesterol, heart attacks and strokes are more and more between us in our modern society. The best way to avoid none wished disease is taken time to do some exercises.

Good on you...Years and years ago I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it...so for a whole year I want for an hour walking with my parents every morning....and we always left at 5.30am... I did and I could. After that, I stop... too lazy these days. :)

Ah. Rightly said...and well apart from the benefits we also get a time for ourselves....we get to know people that way...we get into a habit of a good disciplined life...that could help in other chores also...

That's a great target to achieve. Walking is very good exercise, so keep it up!
