Hi mylotters. Today, as I woke up, I discovered that Leticia had cooked something for muvh more people that the ones I will have. She soaked and boiled a kilo of dry beans. I will have to put half of them away and freeze them. Over the stove I had 2 big pots of washed potatoes ready to cook. I don´t thing I´ll need more that half of tehm so I´ll put the rest away. I will begin to do this before I finish up the salads and put the dressing there. Time flies. I haven´t had my breakfast yet and I will have to take care of the salads, one by one.
