Hello everyone! I hope your day is off to a great start. It is cold and sunny here at the Jersey Shore with a current temperature of 18 degrees F. It looks like a winter wonderland after yesterday's snow storm. My husband needs to go out and shovel. He likes to do it for some reason. Not me! Today is my last day of eating whatever I want before I get back on the Transformation diet tomorrow. We will go out to lunch as we normally do. I also have to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy. The afternoon will be meal prep for the week. It should be a pretty good day. What's everyone else up to today?

I'm staying inside where it's warm as it's cold out there. It's 17 degrees here but I do have to go out in it later for bowling night. I'll be sure to bundle up. Enjoy your meal today and I plan to go on a diet starting tomorrow also and exercising.

It's 3 here in the Chicago area, we have only had one snowfall of about 2 inches all winter. Another strange winter. Have a great day.
