Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a great start. It is COLD here at the Jersey Shore with a current temperature of 8 degrees F. That is just downright cold. It is supposed to be in the 50s in a couple of days which is much more my speed.
Today I have work, tanning, and then I need to go pick up the license plates for my new car. After that I have a workout with a coworker who decided to do the Transformation Challenge. It is her first day so I said I'd go with her because she is all nervous. It is going to be a busy day.
What's everyone else up to today?

It is freezing here! I have to work all day then going home to rest. I am not feeling good today. Not sure if it because I am tired or because I am coming down with something. It is great that your coworker is going to the Transformation Challenge. You have motivated her to do so which is great!!
