do what yuki says and ask admin.

@Babs0630 They continue to roll over indefinitely as long as the account isn't inactive for six months. I routinely go months without getting paid after qualifying, so I'm not sure what the issue was with your account.
Looking through your history, you have a period of extended inactivity, but it was just under six months so that shouldn't be it--especially if the earnings were there when you came back here in December.

I have never heard of it happening before but I am sure it will get resolved quickly. It could just be a clitch. I wouldn't leave the site over it.

They must drop it after a period of time. You can always email Alex and ask about it.

What I would normally suggest is checking your payments page or PayPal account, because payments were made very early this month. If you're sure the balance was right around $2, it's not likely you were paid. myLot does have an inactivity clause in its TOS that say earnings may expire after an extended time away from the site, but you seem to have been active within the last month so I'm not sure that would be the case.
No normal member is going to be able to help you with this issue, unfortunately. Your best bet would be to contact a member of the myLot team, perhaps @GoAskAlice or @myLotBugs. If they can't help you directly they can point you to someone who can.

@Babs0630 Payments are made automatically every month, so there's no need to cash out. If you have more than $5 and your PayPal address is entered, you'll get paid. It's actually been a really common issue over the years, which is why it's one of the first things I normally suggest people look at. A lot of people see their balance drop but don't realize that payments have been made when it happens the first time on their account.
