Think of a service you would like to have and be willing to pay for then start a business doing that. You could be a shopper for people or take their cars to be washed or start a lawn care service. Is there something you would buy if available? Like packs of salt/sand and a small shovel to be stored in a car in the winter in case someone gets stuck. Think like that and you'll come up with something.
