I'm Still a Newbie on Mylot!

So, although it's been ages since I've written anything on here it seems, either way it's good to be back and a part of the mylot team! I'm still clueless on some things though when it comes to this site, and that would be the fact that I have no idea how many words one post is supposed to have? Do we have to write over a certain amount? Also, I was wondering how many articles a day we are allowed to write on here?
I guess it's better to be safe than sorry. So I figured even though I've been on here years, I would ask because I honestly forgot, and not sure if there has been any updates and changes with stuff?
I think I read somewhere you can redeem lower now? That's neat if that's a thing!

There is no set amount to how many words a post should be, nor is there a set limit to how many posts you can make. However it's best to have substance to your posts, it's the other members commenting and you commenting on theirs that earns, it's all about the discussions here at mylot. So the more you discuss the more you earn. Also members do like you to reply to their comments. Have a great day you will do fine.

Ohhh! Well thank you so much for the information. This definitely helps me a lot because I wasn't quite sure if there was limits on posts and how much you needed to write. So I appreciate you taking the time to let me know! Seems like MyLot has many respectful people on here, it's nice to see it!

This site is about discussing, so just "posting" things will not really earn you much (if any) money. We do not get paid for what we do. We get paid for the interactions that other people have with what we write. Therefore, the more we interact with each other, than the more potential we have for earnings.

Yeah, I think it used to be at $10 when I used to write on here more. So I'm glad to see that has lowered!

There is no limit to how much you can write here though it works best to spread articles out and interact in between hem. Too many at once and most of your work would go unread. The payment threshold is now $5 - it used to be double that - welcome back

@x0MandyLynn0x I generally hit the lower target easily enough but not much more as too much offline activity preventing me being online too much but that is a good thing most of the time

Thank you very much! I'm glad they lowered the payment. I remember it being pretty hard to get to $10 when I used to write me. I actually never made it to $10. My highest was $8. Do you make much on here?

Just try and get here, I always write bout things that are happening in my life, this way I can get a lot of opinions.Somethings I don't want to share with family or people close to me.I like to get a variety of opinions from people not involved , so I get better responses. I appreciate what everyone has to say here, unbiased opinions

It's kind of like mylot is your own little personal diary that you can just go back and read stuff on eh? It's pretty neat. Also nice how people are really helpful on here, and many seem kind. So I can understand why you'd like opinions from others on here. It's a great idea!

Start out by reading the rules....that's always a good place to learn. We redeem/get paid when our earning are over $5.00. Just sit down write a discussion and then go reas and comment. This benefits all of us. Some months I don't achieve $5.00, then the next month I have a head start. Last month was a good one for me. I made ove $7.00. This month has been slower, but I've also spent less time here.
