I recently saw that bubblews, a site that pays people for their creative writing got shut down due to loss. As I go through our website, the business model looks very same to that of bubblews. How is myLot different from bubblews. Can it sustain for long here?

Yes. MyLot is nothing like Bubblews in the way that the earnings are calculated. In the first place, it doesn't pay a set amount 'per post' or 'per view' but according to how much interaction you receive from others. Exactly how much is paid 'per interaction' is never stated simply because it may vary from day to day or even from hour to hour according to how much revenue has actually been received.
The other factor is that MyLot has always seen it as a priority to pay its members and has always done so on time, every time it has been due for the last 10 years.

Bubblews paid out too much too soon, and effectively ran out of money - it was too generous as offering good rewards they attracted more spam than they could handle, so adverttizing dried up, the owners blamed the members and started freezing payments, then slowed them to a trickle and then vanished overnight. This site is much better controlled
