Diagnosed with ETD yesterday

So I ended up in ER because I wasn't feeling right because of my left ear. Well, needless to say I was actually in and out and he diagnosed me with ETD which is Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. (Link of what it all is is posted below) He did prescribe me a steroid nasal spray (Fluticasone Propionate 50mcg) I think is Flonase for short. But I have been doing the spray and I am slowly getting my hearing back finally in my left ear but still have the ringing. Hope it goes away in a day or 2 like he said it should but also takes time. I only tip my head back a little bit and inhale a little of the medicine as required. I still get popping and muffling but not as bad now. Prayers it clears up soon.
