~Update On Things Today~

Thank you everyone for the prayers for my sister. She is out of surgery, awake and okay. She's in pain, naturally and exhausted but other than that she is doing good. I went to the doctor today. The doctor is a little concerned that I lost 2 pounds since the last visit. I am not surprised however with all of the stress I have been under lately with everything. The baby is 4 pounds now and he is head down! As for my RLS the doctor said I can take Tylenol PM for it. I don't think I will though because I hate medicine of any kind and I have heard that is addicting-which I don't need. So...guess I will keep suffering with it until after the baby is born. I missed being here today, I hope everyone is doing well!

Glad to hear that your sister is doing well. Good that the baby is growing good even if you lost two pounds. Is Aunt Mary still there?

@Happy2beme Thank you, I am glad everything is going well with this pregnancy. Aunt Mary left tonight. I wrote a post about it a few minutes ago.

It helps to do calf stretches before bed and to eat things with magnesium like leafy greens and nuts. I know I would hesitate to take stuff all the time.

@GardenGerty Yeah I am going to do some stretching before bed and try that. I love nuts but I don't eat vegetables so that could be some of the problem.

Wow, I can't believe he would recommend you take that. I wish there was something I could suggest to you to help relieve your problem.

@LovingMyBabies that is good to hear. I wouldn't even take medicine for a headache when I was pregnant.

@ElusiveButterfly It's a she, Lol. Yeah she said it would be fine to take but I don't like taking meds to begin with so I'm not going to.

I don't know how pregnancy affects everything, but I've taken Tylenol PM. Unless you've been addicted to something before I wouldn't worry about it. To me, it didn't work well enough to be tempted to take every single night.

@LovingMyBabies Oh....yeah, if a relative had an addiction that does sometimes make one susceptible.

@katsmeow1213 Doctors used to load me up with Benadryl when a particularly bad migraine brought me to the ER. It never put me to sleep! I told them, but they gave it to me anyway.

@AmbiePam No I have never been addicted to anything but since I NEVER ever take medicine my body has no tolerance for it. Something that affects nobody else-affects me like crazy. It's weird. My mom got addicted to Tylenol PM and it now terrifies me.

Now that things are back to "normal" you'll put that weight back on again.

@Juliaacv Oh I am sure I will. =) If she knew all I was going through I'm sure she wouldn't have been so surprised about the weight loss.

I'm glad your sister is doing well. I somehow missed that you were expecting. Chalk it up to my male propensity to miss the obvious.
