The more I read about Coconut Oil, the more impressed I am of the health benefits. People who eat virgin, cold pressed oil from coconut, seem to be so much healthier than many others. Earlier, I thought that, as it is a saturated fat, it was not healthy, but now I know that it is very different from many other fats.
Coconut oil is a natural oil with many benefits for health and weight loss. Here are 10 ways that eating coconut oil will improve your health.

Read a bit also about the dangers of coconut oils. If you only read positive reviews you surely think it's something good to use, that is not.
Coconut oil is all the rage, so we must ask, Is Coconut Oil Safe or Dangerous?

Interesting views, most are very positive.. Have you found any negative views? The thoughts of people about the increase of health problems in Kerala were about that people use more refined sugar nowadays..

@buenavida Coconut oil is a saturated fat, like butter or margarine, and in fact, it contains even more saturated fat than either of these, so it cannot be considered "healthy". Most nutritionists are cautions about coconut oil, because there isn’t much recent research on the long-term effects of it on heart health. There is not enough research for the moment to declare that it's good and safe.

In fact I haven't seen the coconut oil available in the supermarket here. We have olive oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, tea seed oil etc. But there is no coconut oil. I heard that the coconut oil is to make the instant noodles.
