Yes, you are right that thumbs up emoji is used most of the times by us. I also use it frequently. Second emoji, which I use most is emoji indicating happiness . I love that emoji. However, I try to ensure that emoji used should relate to the text and should not mislead the reader. Sometimes, I do not find an emoji for certain emotions, then I do not go for any other unrelated emoji. For example, there is no exact emoji for denoting the feeling of 'confusion' or 'feeling perplexed', so I just express my view through text.

I must protest! How can a yellow thingy be abused? when really if it is used often it is that it had an important role to play in expressing so much emotion. But I guess if overused gets less?
