I had a problem in my nose. The bone of my nose was curved because of an small accident. I consulted a Doctor and he told me that it could not be cured by operation or plastic surgery. I worried and visited several doctors, but got same answers from most of them. So I decided to leave this matter as it was. My biggest problem was flu not this bone for me. But reason of that flu was bone. Now i was left with only one way to go on, suffer and suffer. Eventually, one day,on TV, I saw YOGA. There is a Yoga Guru named BABA RAMDEV. He was telling some treatments of sinusitis, I watched that episode and learned all those things he was telling. Believe me within a month I started feeling much better, I could breathe easily, no excessive dryness in my nose, no burning while breathing, even I could sleep freely. So by this post I just want to tell you that YOGA is really really very interesting thing and everyone should practice this. There many types of YOGA but a regular person needs to practice Kapal bhati, Anulom-Vilom, Pranayam and very important for whole body Surya Namaskar. Wish you a healthy life!!

I wish I knew the moves you need- but with arthritis I couldn't do half of them- however, I've always suffered from rhinitis myself!

If you are suffering from Arthritis then try walking faster at 45 minutes a week. May it help you.
