Have you every been looking for a pen? Or Scissors? Or some other tool, vital for whatever you are trying to accomplish? Blame @platespinner for this discussion. She implied to me that she had a few extra embroidery hoops in her cache of craft supplies. Her next comment, was that she seemed to be missing her rotary cutter. When cutting material for quilting projects a rotary cutter is my best friend. It seems over the years I might hav misplaced one or two necessitating the purchase of a new one and possibly a spare. It seems I might have inherited one as well. Cleaning out ones sewing room turns up all sorts of interesting things that were missing. I think I have a problem, the box where is store my rotary cutters seems to be full.

A rotary cutter hoarder! I have decided I am a recipe hoarder; I have piles everywhere. And I can't throw them out!

In the last two years I have thinned my cookbook collection and even my craft and quilting books. There must be something seriously wrong with me.

Having a large selection of fabrics makes sense. I can only use one cuter at a time.

It seems I am unable to refrain when I see boxes with several cutting and sewing material. I have two full boxes full of them and I bought a box of cutting material two days ago. I wonder why I do this all the time.

I have a sewing can. Not much in it, because of my lack of sewing skills.

I do this a lot. Not so much with rotary cutters, I only have three, I think. I only can find two. I have this with regular schissors, though.

You do have a lot of these cutters! Here it is pens, we have such a stash of pens, pens and liquor. We won a prize of $1200 worth of liquor a few years ago at a party, and we don't tell anyone because we don't want our home broken into for that. We have told our son that when we die to bring some of that to the undertaker, he can embalm us with it-save some of his inheritance!

not too shabby a prize. My pen numbers go up and down. We need to go to the poultry show. There are usually lots of pens used as giveaways.

My problem is pencils! I have many pencils but only a few favourite ones. I write a lot of my journal writing and other draft writing with pencil, but I keep losing my favourite ones. I continue to buy more and continue losing them. Heaven knows how!

From the look of things in the photo I'd say you won't be running out of rotary cutters any time soon. With me it's pens. I have three mugs full of pens that don't work within easy reach. It seems they breed in the mugs. I keep throwing them away, and yet the mugs never get emptied out.
