Hi friends, I have a friend of mine who was working very efficiently and effectively with a start up company. The company was for namesake start up but it was too small to be even called as start up. It was only 2 people working in the company my friend and the founder. My friend was a fresher and hence she was overjoyed with her first job, did her best, worked hard and worked as if it was her own company. Then her boss was trying to recruit one more employee and she thought why have two when I can have the new person for really less amount. So out of no where she started complaining about my friends work and creating non sense reason of non performance. Then my friend who got best hike she could provide asked that she wants to leave and this did not go well with the boss.. She sent her an email that "you have been fired". My friend still was okay. The boss went real low when she started creating problem with my friends background verification. I am stunned with this development. She don't have any employee and is working alone now. With this speed the company will definitely go no where and will be forced to shut down. Dreamer_Anju.
