fast simple way to drop weight!

This is not a scam or anything I am trying to sell just simply giving out different Technics on how to drop weight fast without starving your self. Now im sure you have heard of a "No carb " diet or "Low cab " diet yes they are possible and yes you will drop weight fast!! It is simalure to the Atkins diet. Carbohydrates or ( CARBS) are what your body uses as energy. YES your body needs some carbs but healthy filling carbs. The key to loose weight fast is not to watch your calories because you burn so many of them but to warb your carb intake and watch what you choose to eat. if you do: + Chicken +Ranch +hot sauce + green beans +butter +penuts + blue berries for more foods you can eat without raising your blood sugar to high so you can drop weight. your body goes into what they call "ketosis" if you just eat chicken and hot sauce with green beans broccli HARD cheese and butter your first 2 weeks you will drop weight fast. now if you are going to be working out or need a little more energy make a healthy shake with splenda and berries with greek yogurt. GOODLUCK thought i would share whatt me and my hubby have been doing for a while. now im pregnant so i have cheated a little. he looses weight a lot faster than me anyways.

you can do some more research i am no pro but yes.. chicken hot sauce green beans.. your body goes into ketosis and eats the fat away your blood sugar drops and you begin to drop weight now if you eat sugar dont expect a change.. if u crave sugar try berries.. or low car stuff. cutting out pasta and breads starchy stuf for sure do some more research before anyone tries this.
