Leadership for the old!!

I have a feeling that young people have no chance in our leadership today. Look at the latest presidential elections and you will find out that we are electing over 70 years old people. What does this mean?
Will these people know what the young generation need? We are the majority and majority of skilled youth are unemployed. Will these people help us achieve our goals?

In Canada we have a very young Prime Minister. He has an idealistic approach...has angered most of the population. On a smaller scale a 19 year old is representing a viral area of our province in the provincial government.

Even here in India political parties are full of old age people everywhere
