But i feel so bloated when i drink water . Besides , i really like to eat well specially that it' only at lunchtime that i get to eat a full meal , because my way of dieting is just eating an apple for dinner . Then , i drink lots of water .

Good tip for those trying to loose some weight. Also one should always try to keep a check on the extra carbs we are consuming everyday in order to achieve a good body

i don't drink water before meals. every MWF, i take a glass of cold water with a teaspoon of Bragg's apple cider vinegar and a teaspoonful of honey(before meals). i am unsure if my cardiologist will approve of this but i hope he will because i feel good after.
yes i believe drinking a glass of water before meals will lessen the gastric contents thereby reducing the appetite and losing weight. but i won't. i have not yet reached 52 kgs
