New Home Issues

I know it's bound to happen but I am just not prepared for it. We moved in a month ago and after a few weeks, we discovered that the water from our bathroom is leaking its way down to the ground floor. This has greatly affected most of our toilets Finally, they managed to find someone do the job but I am not prepared for the worse! I am now down with two toilets that can't be used! Luckily, my dad's still untouched and working just fine. This is just terrible

Thanks! I am trying to stay positive about this because I just recently learned that a co-worker's house was nearly flooded and here I am complaining. So I am trying to stay positive.

It may be the rings under the toilet. It's a cheap and easy fix.

No, it's not. After breaking the tiles, they found out that there was no waterproofing at all . The previous contractor who constructed our house, apparently forgot about it *total bummer*

Yes, super annoying. It's like losing water for the entire day! hopefully, this is the last time this has to happen.
