What do you do if you can't sleep at night?

I wanted to sleep early at night but I couldn't do it. I just close my eyes but my mind still awake. What should I do? I tried to play some music but it's not effective..

When sleep remains elusive at night,I prefer to read books,preferably books on wildlife.I love to read about jungles and wild animals.Reading books of my choice makes me feel sleepy and I fall asleep.

Thanks, right,but the book should not catch my interest it could lead me not to sleep. I might finish reading the book...

To sleep early at night, You need to wake up early, and avoid afternoon naps if any. Keep gadgets away

i just get up and work on something.either a chore or a craft project. after a certain amount of time,i get tired of just flopping around in bed.

If I can't sleep, I might have a glass of milk. Sometimes, that will help. Reading also will help me as well. Just some things that help me.

Don't use electronics within an hour of trying to sleep, install something (like flux) on your computer to remove blue light, try to use as little "fake" light as you can. Taking a warm shower or bath can help too.

You are absolutely right.I go on reading the book until I begin feeling sleepy.What I read,I see it in my dream.The book relieves me of all my tensions.

I usually take a hot shower and put on comfy pajamas, helps me go to sleep faster
