Just one of those days.....

Have you ever had one of those days that just goes bad from the moment you wake up? That was my day! The moment I woke up ai fell down the stairs with my 10 month old in hand. He is perfectly fine but I RIPPED my toes open. I have a safety gate at the bottom of the stairs for my 3 yr old and 10 month old and I went through it and my toes ripped apart. As I went to the bathroom to run water on my foot to see the damage the metal shower rod fell on my head. Went to the ER needed stitches and glue and now I am all taped up :/ This is just how the day started.... I still had the rest of the day to get through! Just one of those days!

Good grief!! I think you've used up your bad luck for the next 6 months! Or at least your injury quota!
I'm glad you're alright. It's amazing how we protect those little ones even when we don't know it. I'm sure you took more knocks and cuts than you would have if you hadn't been subconsciously protecting your child.
You deserve a break. Do something nice for yourself this evening!

Yes, now and then we all have one of those days...
It's good to hear that you and your little one, especially the little one, didn't get hurt (that much).

Sorry to hear about your toe but glad that the baby is okay. That would be so scary. Hope you toe heals quickly for you and that your day got better.

Oh no! That was dangerous falling from the stairs with a baby on the way? At least you're both safe, it could have been a lot worst. At least you are both fine, the toes will recover as well. Take care.

there should be a sad face here, because I can't like this, what a terrible day this is for you.. I could feel the pain on my feet just reading this.. glad the 10 moth old did not get hurt, feel better
