Well, I ended up spending my $16 in food stamps and $21 in cash to get food for my house. We did get a little of what we needed and a little extra goodies since my fridge was bare and needed loving lol. I always try to keep my house good in the food just in case anything happens. You never know anymore who to trust. I go to the food pantry Wednesday and since my husband is letting the loan place take the truck we will be getting more food.

I am glad that you got some food. Do you have more than one food bank in your town?

@carebear29 You might call the food bank places and maybe they could help you with transportation.

Glad you went shopping and got some food. Sorry to hear your husband is letting truck go back but at least it will help money wise and help with more food. Do you have another vehicle to use once he gets rid of truck?

Hard living in today's world. When I was living on my own, I had to eat at work. McDonald's 3 times a day, every day i worked, was not good for me. All because i could not afford to put food in my fridge.
