Which language is really easy to learn ? I want to teach myself a new language . I want to learn either French , Chinese or philippina

I dont know what language is easier to learn. I mean it depends on how you learn. I find some languages that are hard for others, easy for me. At the moment i am using a very useful phone app to learn German. It has various languages you can choose from to learn. I am just sad it doesnt have the one language i really want to learn which is japanese.
