My friend passed away

This is something I've been keeping mostly to myself but for the first time in a while I'm alone again during the day so it's been on my mind a lot and it's a little difficult to deal with. A lil background, in 2009 my friend was in a car accident with a few others and her and someone else passed away. After that I had become friends with her mom and her best friend. We talked about our mutual friend and other things. Late 2015 her mom passed away and that was really sad. Well recently my friend, who was also in the car but survived, passed away due to multiple strokes. We hadn't talked in a while but i still cared for her. When I found out my bf was here so he talked to me and helped distract me but since he left I've been alone and it's been in my mind more. How strange it is that those 3 passed so close together. I'm trying to be happy for her because she's not in pain and back with her best friend but it's hard for me to understand why they both had to pass so young in such painful ways.
