The Culture of Eating

Every one has different preferences on how they eat and what they eat. It could have been influenced by culture, tradition, trend or maybe just one's own choosing.
I don't eat breakfast regularly. I usually have 2 tall glasses of iced cold water in the morning and some fruits that's easy to grab. When I do eat breakfast it is probably because I'm just craving for pancakes or garlic rice.
I eat whatever I want. Traditional, chinese, italian, indian or any other cuisine as long as there's no organs in it ( liver or chicken heart etc ). I could go on for weeks not eating any meat but soup and green leafy salad. Just as I will binge on Lays or Tostitos for a whole day as well not eat them on the next couple of months. There were times I won't stop until I get my hands on a cake.
I've been judge as a picky eater but honestly I'm not. I just like to eat what ever I feel like eating at that moment.

@diosabella There are times that we really crave for something to eat even at a different time of day..

Consistency is difficult to maintain these days but that is what our system demands. Erratic eating methods will finally have a toll on our health. It would have been great if our tongue and belly worked in tandem (lol)

@diosabella As a rule the day should start with a full breakfast and that is why it is called break fast. You can search for sites about the consistency part of eating.

@allknowing I already know. But I can't force my stomach. And getting sick in the morning is a big no no for me.

@shaynas I agree with you. I feel better not eating much during breakfast. I'm content with my 2 tall glasses of iced water and banana. And I can function in the morning better than eating full breakfast. I dont know why, but I was like this since high school

you're only the 3rd person i know who can handle cold drinks first thing in the morning. with me, it has to be warm.
i also had an officemate who, when she tries a new food outlet and liked the food, will eat there and the same item every day for a week.
i prefer chicken liver over pork, but don't like other organs.

Really? One of my classmate in college drink iced water first thing in the morning too. Whenever he had an argument about it with his girlfriend he usually points me out because we have the same habit. And I don't like liver or any organ no matter they are nutritious... Just can't handle it.
