Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. The sun is coming up here at the Jersey Shore and we have a current temperature of 40 degrees F. The expected high is 50 for today which I highly approve of.
I couldn't face yet another breakfast of scrambled eggs and veggies today so I stopped off at Manhattan Bagel on my way to work. I got myself a toasted rye bagel with cream cheese. Definitely not on my diet but so much better and, most importantly, different from eggs. I got on the scale this morning and my weight is holding steady so the bagel isn't going to kill me.
After work today I have to go tanning and then to my workout at 5pm. I really wish they had an earlier class. Oh well.
What's everyone else up to today?

It is suppose to be another nice day here today even though it is a bit chilly this morning. I am at work all day today so not much else planned. Happy Hump Day!!

Nothing much happening here today. Just trying to get the house tidied up a bit and then I want to read a bit this afternoon. I'm sure your bagel tasted extra good today after eating eggs so often
