winter wonderland

Good morning.Woke up this morning in a winter wonderland.
We got a few inches or so.But wet as the weather is still on the warm side.
They did a fine job in clearing the highway.I was able to travel to play my tennis game.
The photo there if you can see it.The birdhouse on the right along with the bird bath.The ground was bare before this happen.
New Hampshire is beaming with all the snow and most ski area are doing
great as it has been a long time.
Any one here ski,snowboarding,cross country,snow shoeing.

We've had similar since Sunday. Freezing rain one day and then rain with already slick surfaces. There's a lot of standing water in my yeard already with ice below it so it has no where to go.

here now have little snow ,i remember when i was children , it also have heavy snow in winter, but now as temperature get warm , snow become rare

The only thing I would do with snow would be to look at it. Very pretty - keep it there!

Your snow does look pretty. We didn't get anything last night except rain so the little snow we had on the ground is gone. Glad you were able to get out to play tennis

Probably a bit of snow would be better than what we currently have which is still a lot of ice. Ice in the lawns and ice on the side roads. The main roads and highways have been clear now for several days. It's been raining and being just above or below freezing most days this week. Today and tomorrow may be clearer and a bit warmer, but not warm enough for the ground to soak up the water that's about everywhere.
Good that you got to your tennis game okay.

I stay inside when I see snow. I have never skied or done anything like that. We've had rain here the past two days and both days my daughter has had a two hour delay at her school. It must be icy out in the rural areas. Glad they took care of the highway well enough that you could go play tennis. That is an excellent form of exercise.

Wow! Beautiful picture! It looked like that last winter for me here in Maryland. WE haven't gotten barely anything like that yet but winter isn't over just yet. Stay warm!
