Do you ever just not like someone?

And you don't know why? They might be perfectly pleasant and lovely, but there is just something about them that sets alarm bells ringing in your mind. I experience this sometimes and I am always polite to them but it makes me wonder why I have such an aversion to them. Does this ever happen to you?

This happens to me quite often but I have no idea why. There is just something about the person that rubs me up the wrong way.

Exactly, and you can't quite put your finger on it, but you know it is there!

Usually i just not like a person to everyone i dont know until i know if i really like them or not. Yet when i get in my head that i dont like person then it is hard to change my mind. But there are those people that you just look and and think "nope i dont like you one bit" and you dont know why. It is that inner feeling that we have to not get close to that person for some spiritual reason.

I have had this happen. It is strange and I can't usually figure out why I don't like them right away but down the road a ways I usually do find out.

Of course, it does. It would be a superhuman effort to like everyone, and I'm not superhuman. Only yesterday, I met a former colleague who I can't stand. I'm not interested in finding out if he has positive qualities. He must have some because he has a nice wife. He always asks how I am - waiting to be asked back so that he can lament about his ailments.
