Back from the gym!

Tonight's workout was okay. I didn't love it but it was better than sitting at home. It was for the full body. This is what we did:
CORE
a. Bear Crawl (3)
b. Body Saw (5 x 3)
c. Swings (15 x 3)
UPPER BODY
a. Barbell Clean (3 x 3)
b. TRX Rows (15 x 3)
UPPER BODY
a. Kettlebell Presses (5/5 x 3)
b. Pushups (15 x 3)
LOWER BODY
a. Romanian DeadLift (10 x 3)
b. Sliding Reverse Lunges (5/5 x 3)
The finisher was to do 150 meters on the rowing machine 4 times. Now that I've gotten my 3rd workout for the week finished, I'm done until Monday!

I am going to have to look up some of these to see what they look like. i haven't heard of the bear crawl or body saw before.
