I guess they don't want to work overtime :/

So I got my pay stub and I worked time time for 1.5 hours (maybe $18 an hour). I made almost a $100 more which wasn't expecting that at all. Tonights they told me to submit the till before 10:30pm. I thought weird but whatever, so I do it and gone by 11:01pm vs 11:10pm. Well I figured if you add up the 10 minutes for my shifts 40 extra minutes. But then I keep getting called in for extra shifts. So I am hitting overtime every week.
