Organic food!

What do you think?Are today's meals really organic?I am sending this because I want to start a discussion about how people are not eating as healthy as they used and how we can resolve this issue.We've been consuming much more sugar than we did about a century ago and the number of deaths caused by obesity has increased over the last few decades.

Well this is a nice discussion. I always make sure to choose the healthier version of the foods and I usually eat healthy. I am not a fan of junk food except pizza haha
