Totally agree.For example take my country - Romania - a beautiful and complex country. A Latin country surrounded by Slavic neighbors, Romanians feel closer in spirit to the French or Italians than to their Hungarian or Russian neighbors. Throughout history, Romania has been invaded by various foreign princes and governments and has fought for independence only to fall prey to internal political struggles as soon as that prized independence was won.
