I'm so fed up with all the workers. It appears they are obliging us by being our paid workers. I'm so exhausted and wish to turn all of them out. I think the cook is the first one now..

@TiarasOceanView There are many abusive masters this time. They never feel what their house helpers feel. They never know for they had not experienced, but there is bad karma and good karma.

i like your comment here, hijo. i think calling somebody a servant is somewhat degrading, it is as if the person is already near to the ground, figuratively. i would prefer to call them workers or helpers. (here, we don't call them alila or muchacha, but kasambahay-kasama sa bahay)

Sounds familiar. My parents have had several house helpers, some are really nice (to the extent that I used to treat them like part of our family) but some can be a total pain.

maybe feel lucky you have people to help you. Your country is fairly corrupt and the gap between rich and poor is massive. If you lived here and made those comments you'd be ripped to shreds. Go out on the streets and look at the homeless in your city...then stop moaning.

I m not unaware of the reality outside.. Secondly I'm moaning..I'm expressing my present thoughts on an interactive site... Thirdly i did not harm anyone or anyone's sentiments in personal... And fourthly everyone has a particular level of living and I don't think about people above or below me..

Not fair. She is free to fire all her servants and live like us without any servant.

What have they been doing wrong? I understand your country has servants, but I still think they should be something grateful in your life, unless they have done something drastic.

@amitkokiladitya Living in a family that has never had anyone help under us, surely what they are not doing is not too bad. At least you have people in your life that to your bidding. Most others do not get to have that.

Problems start when we become dependent on helpers. They start taking advantage of our dependence on them. I think till such time you get a replacement, it would be prudent to adjust with the existing ones.

@amitkokiladitya Thanks. I wish your problems of helpers get resolved sooner than later. Otherwise, you will have to take the additional burden.

Soon there will be courses available on how to tackle our helpers. They are not what they used to be. I have gone through the stage of having ever obliging helpers to now defiant ones. It is now a supply and demand situation where those who demand are more. We need to handle them with kid gloves.

As we are no more allowed to whip them, I have decided to have no servant. It is the right decision, because having servants is beyond my capabilities.

What had they done to you? Is that an office or company? Is it not against the law firing employees? Just curious. Thanks.

@amitkokiladitya oh still it's best to teach them how to work.behave humans like humans and see how much humanity they have..Show them moral behaviour if they still do same then warn them .If still they do then tell them to find a new job..
