Today, for the first time since mid Sep, I had to face my employer, the bully, again. Even though I only saw his back, I started to feel sick then cry... Today I had to attend this meeting with this person to sort out the bullying problem. He refused to acknowledge that he has been mentally bullying me, and he also lied in his report. Should I or should I not go back to work in the same workplace with this person. This is my on-going job, the job that I have been working so hard to keep it until now. If I believe I can grow thick skin and that I can stand up for myself once I am in that workplace then it's OK. But deep down I know for sure that I will not be able to do that, and this is why I am in this situation. Should I continue with my case and take him to court? With this, it means that it is going to be end of my career, and I might not win the case.... But I can't stand the way he lied in the report, and I can't stand the way he is bullying me as well as other workers.... I am a victim of bullying, and yet I now have to pay for the price - suffering. I wonder if he is also suffering like me.

If this job or people at work place are spreading negativity around you than you must quit it......you can work anywhere just switch and continue the case no matter you win or loose you will have the satisfaction that at least you stood up against it....

Try to adjust if possible... This is the case at almost every workplace

No, I am sorry not at every workplace. I have worked with both, but more ones that don't. She does not need to just adjust and put up with it. That is crazy!

Thanks. This person seems to be protected by some high people and we (I mean the whole group) can't do anything to him yet..

I would tell him that he is bullying, maybe he does not realize it and tell him that if he doesn't stop you are leaving. Report him to his supervisor. Do you have or can you find other work? Then go on to better stuff. You can follow up with taking him to court.

@atoz1to10 No it is not your fault that is why I said that I think you should report him to his supervisor after talking to him about it. Good luck and please keep me posted.

There are 3 personal cases, and 1 big join complaint...and we still go nowhere. With my age it might be hard to find another job, but then his intention is to get rid of all old staff (who refuses to be under his thumb). So if I go, apart from give up my ongoing job (which I believe it's not my fault therefore I shouldnot be the one to go), I also prove to him that he is a winner...
