My head is feeling so heavy and is paining like hell. I need to take sone rest. Hope it does not turn out to be migraine. Bye for now...

Migraine is terrible. As far as I heard, there is a therapy called neurofeedback which is supposed to help against migraine, but I never tried it. I hope your headache won't take long to release.

I hope you take a good rest or sleep a bit. I know how it hurts since I had little veins that is not working properly that gives me a super headache.... What I do is I go to bed and sleep... The bad thing is I can't do that when I am at work before. God bless.
