INDIA CELEBRATES 68TH REPUBLIC DAY TODAY

India got Independence in 1947 and became a Republic on 26th January 1950. Since Independence India has been improving considerably. The living standards are improving steadily.
When I 8s a boy say 60 years back there was no TV, computer etc. and only a few houses use to have Radio/Fan etc. Very few cars/scooters will be there.
Now India has improved nicely. Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, Preisdent unviled the Ntational Flag in New Delhi.

India has come on in leaps and bounds. I hope you had a great day of celebration. I like watching big parades such as this!
