Welcome to myLot! Hope you have a good time here. This is no rocket science, You just make a discussion. Reply to other people when they visit your posts. You also need to go out and about to read and answer other people's discussions.
Basically "interact" as much as you can. It will help you know and learn about new people. You can even make friends out of them. If you have a doubt ask the community by putting up a discussion or ask in a private message. Just make sure you follow the guidelines.

start discussion that can people relate, interact or comment to the other discussions an make friends with them, by doing this you'll earn, but money here is not really an issue, its all about making new friends and knowing the others culture and respecting others.
