Little things..

It is never too late to make a positive change in our life. So, I've decided to go to bed early tonight because I've been spending sleepless nights almost everyday. I do nothing but scroll my Facebook and Instagram newsfeed and I think it's affecting my health a bit. By health I mean both physical and mental. I get tired so easily and feel lazy all the time. I couldn't concentrate on my studies which is affecting my grades and what not! So I hope I can maintain this healthy routine of "sleeping early".
Anyway guys tell me if you've made any changes in your daily life. Goodnight. :)
