Pearl millet promises-A healthy item from Indian Village

Indian villages have got many dishes known for their taste and preference from the health point of view. One such stuff is Promises made of Pearl Millet. Pearl Millet Promises are rich in taste and are prepared mostly in Indian villages With the growth of technology the need for healthy food is being felt now. As such most of the food items prepared once upon a time in the villages are now appearing in star hotels as special items. Pearl millet promises are made of Pearl millet flour. They will be highly spicy and salty. The specialty of this dish is that the spicy nature will become less once they are allowed to cool and eaten on the next day of their preparation. INGREDIENTS; Pearl Millet flour 2 cups Green chillis 12-15 as per your preference Groundnuts- 1/4 cup or even less salt as per your preference PREPARATION; Green chillis, and groundnuts, and salt are added to the pearl millet flour and is mixed nicely using oil frequently till it becomes pasty. If it is not achieved to the desired level do it adding some salt water Now make small balls out of the mix. Prepare some 10-15 round shaped balls of the mix. Take a plastic paper. Keep the ball of mix and slowly press it with your palm till it becomes flat and thin cakes. Now take oil in a deep frying pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, drop each cake into it carefully so that the hot oil may not spill over you. Fry the cakes till they become light brownish. After that, separate them into another plate to be served hot.

I love healthy food like hummus but that does not look tasty at all.
