I haven't had a headache like this in awhile.

Since I moved the amount of migraines have gone down. I know I have had a couple, but nowhere near as many of them, or of tension headaches, or headaches at all. Well today is going to be a doozy. I know I shouldn't be on here, but I am mylotting between slowly getting things done. I know it's not helping the head, but I am enjoying myself, but will stop when I must. I wonder if it's the weather, cold, warmer, cold, warmer, snow, no snow, spring, winter. The weather cannot seem to make up it's mind. Is your weather confused as well?

For the moment, the weather here is not confused. It's still snowing from yesterday as you can see by the beautiful picture I took this morning. I'm going to go with the weather for your headaches, especially since they have lessened to a great degree since you moved in with J.

@Jessicalynnt The weather we've been having this winter is enough to give anyone a headache. I hope it's gone by now and everything is back to normal.

I hope your migraine has gone away by now. When I was going through peri-menopause I had terrible migraines. Now I only get them on rare occasions. Our weather here is screwy. One day it is warm and sunny, the next snowy and freezing. I am so ready for spring. Bring on the mud!!!

YAY awesome, I know you do suffer from headaches so maybe it could well be the weather with it being much cooler there right now. Maybe could it be, not being in the relationship you were in and that you have moved further north, there are so many factors but glad you aren't having any hoping it stays that way for you.

I used to get really severe headaches, maybe migraines. I read that I should increase my magnesium and that does really help. Yes, it can be weather or the stress of dealing with the weather that causes problems and headaches. I hope it gets better.

A lot of people feel bad when the weather goes from cold to hot to cold again.
