So I was planning on buying my new iPhone 6s Plus (64gb) I scored for $150 on Friday but landed on selling my old iPhone this morning and just bought it and paid for it online to the lady through craigslist. I should have it Thursday but Friday at the latest. She is shipping it UPS right now. I am so excited and cannot wait. I was just happy my old iPhone helped pay for my new iPhone. Now when I get my iPhone, my husband said that we will buy a case (at Walmart or Target) for it. More in likely Walmart. I want to make sure the iPhone comes first. I am just waiting for a tracking number now. I am so stoked! (And yes, the one in the picture)

Glad you sold your old iPhone this morning!
But, Wait - I'm confused??
Craigslist is in person type of selling. How come you paid her online?? What method did you do.

I don't want to be the the one negative person, as I do hope this lady is legit and not trying to scam you but I personally would never PayPal anyone anything on the internet especially for Craigslist.
If you sent Family & Friends then you're not protected if it's a scam. But if there was an invoice that you were paying to receive an iPhone then you'd be protected.
To be honest completely honest, don't you think $150 for iPhone 6S Plus 64gb new plus is too good for a deal??? I see Apple iPhone 5/5S going for $100-$150 used right now.
Overall I hope it works out for you!

@infatuatedbby A new iPhone for $600 less than the full retail price? Either it's a scam or the phone is stolen. They don't really go on sale, either.
Or maybe it's a legitimate situation like the person was outside the return period and couldn't get their money back, but needs money for something right away. Snowball's chance, IMO, but I really hope it doesn't prove to be one of those situations where the odd vibes were justified. On the flip side of the coin, my husband was able to get a nearly new gaming laptop worth around $1,000 from a coworker for a fraction of the price simply because the guy didn't want or use it anymore. It does occasionally happen. Just sucks that we have to be so cautious when deals like that pop up thanks to the people who run scams like that.
