It's said doing planks daily and increasing the hold time gradually helps one turn slimmer n fit.
The core strength improves and overall health benefits.
I did try once it did help but then lost the motivation mid way.
Planning to restart again.
Anyone tried or is currently doing?

Yes, I do it every alternate day for thirty seconds. It really helps.

I have not tried doing planks. I used to do push ups and doing planks is somewhat similar. I think if one could do it, it would be good for stomach and over all strength of one's body.

@Funky2017 As you have reminded me about it, I would start it again. I left it due to one reason or the other. Mainly it is due to lack of time in mornings.
