Yoga is completely an Indian innovation. It was written by Patanjali around 400 BC.There are immense benefits of yoga .It makes you very flexible boosts your concentration level and much more....

I love doing yoga. I have received many benefits from yoga.i am more healthy by body and I find my mind more calm after I started doing yoga.
