Removing The Trash From Our Lives

Many times what we allow in is who we become. The people we choose to hang around with, talk with, and in reality this can be both Good and Bad. If they are people who have the same Morals and belief system than this is good but if they will never be encouraging and live a life different than you than it could be time to clean your house. (Or in the case of Facebook your Friends list.) Hopefully I will never encounter some of the same circumstances here as I have encountered on Facebook. I don't really think here or there really is the time nor place. Yes, people have their differences but to call others stupid, crazy, etc and even tell others beware of so and so, or they are Bad news, is really not the place or time. I really wish the So called Christians who are continuing to judge like this on Facebook or the Political cut downs needs to go. Am I the only one getting tired of all this and feel it is really time for people to move on to something else?

It's like what I used to hear in church, "Garbage in, garbage out." We become what we start to intake from those around us.

I know I had a friend who I thought agreed with me, but on a post (not political) he said he had to unfollow me, but at least he didn't unfriend me. I know I share stuff that some people disagree with, but I don't post to debate, but make one aware and hopefully for them to look into finding the truth out for themselves. Time is running short and I have had people tell me "Judge not" and the bible does say that, but what it really means is not to judge someone when you yourself are in sin. Because there are many scriptures that tell us to point sin out to people, otherwise how will they know they are not on the right path? I am not good at this, but when I do, I am only doing it because I love that person and if they don't make it, I don't want that hanging over my head.

Some very good points you brought up here. Some i think we can all learn and benefit from and remind ourselves of.

I've never liked FB and never participate on it. I'm sure it's useful for some but I can't stand all the rudeness and negativity that seems to generate there.

Lately it is become the worst. If it was not for connecting with people with my online business I am sure I would quit going there so much.

Trash comes in many forms and yes, we need it out of our lives.

Wish it was as easy as just putting it in a Trash bag and taking it to the curb to be permanently thrown out,.

Been ignoring a lot of the Political stuff and negative stuff, but keep checking it out from time to time or chatting with certain people I met in Houston sharing and talking about Business stuff only.

I'm in my 50s now. Some of the ones I am having issues with are also in this age bracket, but many of them are much younger and I feel have never had to live life on their own much,

@KrauseHome The friends I have on facebook are ones that feel the way I do about things and that is why I chose them as friends. There are others I unfriended because I did not know who they.
