Coffee or Tea?

Most mornings, and even as I sit typing this now, I enjoy a cup of coffee. It's become a personal ritual that I treasure and helps me focus before heading off to work. It marks the end of my solitary morning time. The scent of the coffee rejuvenates me, perks me up, widens my eyes, and steels my nerves for the day to come. Recently, however, I've also begun to drink tea. It began when I stopped eating breakfast first thing in the morning. My meals all now fall between 11am and 7pm. This has given me time to focus on being hydrated first thing in the morning. As a result, I've been drinking unsweetened herbal teas because plain water is BORING. What I've found is that while coffee is a solitary pursuit, tea is much more social. Everyone is interested in tea! So, please tell me, what is your favorite herbal tea?

Green Tea from herbal tea preference. But I would rather prefer normal milk + water tea to start my day with. Unless I get a cup of that I feel a bit lost n bugged.

I wonder if it is the ritual of having the tea that helps you get your day started right.

I like both but I love coffee over tea. That too, the coffee my mom prepares is exceptional one.. I can easily bet I haven't tasted a better coffee than what my mom prepares .. Sometimes, I used to soak biscuits and have morning coffee .. it would be yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm .. Ok time for me to take a cup of coffee ..

The coffee that my grandmother made for me as a child was likely mostly milk but I agree, there is nothing like having a cup prepared by someone who loves you!

I like my morning coffee but I never drink it later in the day. I will have tea in the afternoon every now and then. I usually drink green tea.

I have been drinking coffee for so long that I don't worry about when I drink it lol My mother in law introduced me to a fermented green tea that is absolutely divine!

I agree! It has a particular essence that perks me right up. Tea with caffeine doesn't even do that!
