If i will say god is inside ur mind, then u wont understant it. So just increase ur awareness and try to do some mind emptying meditation and try to recognise your egos(negative feelings in mind lke sadness, greif,fear , anger, ego,frustuation,etc) and eliminate them step by step. and try to adapt humanity and non-violence. then u can find some form of power/engery/happiness giving/peace givnig effect in every thing u look, even when u clsoe the eyes. U wil began to love every living being. u will began to feel ultimate peace. THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND, WHAT IT MEAN.
