Barkley v. James

I know it's a late but, I would like to voice my opinion on the Barkley and LeBron situation. First, let me say that I agree with Lebron and I've been waiting for him to stand up for himself instead of taking the high road. Charles Barkley shouldn't have said those things about James. Both last year and the year before that, the same thing happened. Lebron started acting out. He said what needed to happen and it happened. And both years they went to the Finals and took it to at least six games against the much healthier GoldenState Warriors team. From that, I think that if LeBron says they need a point guard then the Owner and the GM should do what they can to get the best point guard they can afford. With Barkley saying that LeBron is whiny and doesn't want to compete it's just blasphemous. He's been competing in the league for 14 years and he has been the best player more than half of those years. At the age of 32, Lebron is still at the top and paid a lot of money for trainers and chefs to stay in top shape. At this point, LeBron can act out all he wants because, in the end, he makes sure his team is competing in the Finals.
