So my internet has been a pest for a while and each time my mom tells me she is going to call them the internet fixes itself (I wonder if they are listening to the modem..hmm)
Anyway, so yesterday the internet was okay, until the evening and then all day we were having issues.
Each time i was trying to download a file...the dang internet decided it wanted to go out.
So my mom finally called, even if the internet was out or not.
It looks like they switched our line to a 20mbps instead of our 12mbps...I mean I would LOVE to have 20 but that would be a pretty penny, but grr, that is so annoying.
Can they just stop trying to switch the lines and just FIX the stupid box?
Seriously, we are paying so much a month for terrible service and they are not fixing anything, juts switching lines and making matters worse when they do something like this.
I would sacrifice my internet usage for a few days if that meant they could fix that box. Granted, a lot of other people would not be willing to do that, but dang it, I want my internet not to be so spotty and actually work!

I hate it when that happens - internet has problems and when you call, its resolved. Or, if you do call and they say its because you need a faster connection or something not fixing the problem. Its always about $ increase!

Someday the internet will be cheaper and will be less shotty. Someday! Haha! I hope it is all fixed for the time being until they move the stupid line again haha

It sounds like they may be going through some changes and it is causing the internet to go out.

Nope. I wish. It is basically the fact that if someone's internet goes out, they send a guy to the box and they switch one line with another line. Sometimes the guy doesn't pay attention to who has what speed and the line goes into a higher speed than what the modem can handle. They don't fix anything, they just switch lines.

The boxes are so old here so even people with the highest tier of internet still have issues.

I would be willing to go to the library for a couple of hours to have my internet fixed if it needed it.
