so i was watching my least favorite show today-they might as well call it government behaving badly..but anyway..
and i was reminded of a documentary i saw once about a group of chimpanzees that were being studied.
there was a low rank, zeta chimp in the camp, who was treated badly by the other males..and even a few females...well,one day in the human researcher's camp,he found an empty metal gas can.he quickly found out banging the thing scared the other chimps.
so he proceeded to run around the camp purposely upsetting the others.
soon he rose to alpha-just by virtue of making the biggest noise.
i think you can see why congress reminds me of that..

The chimps were afraid of the noise; so the congress people too?

Interesting way to look at things, but when you also look at this, most corporations or businesses are like this too and can be the reason for a lot of failure and problems as well

Yes, there are some people that sure make a lot of noise. I'm getting a headache.

I think 'the biggest noise' is the key phrase here.

Hmmm-it does sound like they are about the same as the chimps!

It reminds me of more than just Congress...the one banging the can probably had the biggest crowd numbers too!
